The existing floor plan with two separate entrance doors permitted to create an additional independent one-bedroom apartment out of the original apartment.
The project involves two kitchens and one bathroom only, with the goal of optimizing the budget for the renovation.

No existing walls have been demolished, neither new walls have been built (expect for a small partition to create an anteroom next to the bathroom) making the renovation totally reversible.

The renovation aimed at retaining most of the existing furniture. All items to be replaced were donated to other people and reused.
A removable panel was placed to create two independent units in a reversible way.
In the largest apartment a second kitchen was created next to the living room. In the 1-bedroom apartment the original kitchen was replaced with a living/dining area with a kitchenette.
